- Secondly, I really wasn’t sure about this story, and I was kind of in a rush to finish the first part, but I kind of fell in love with the characters, and the possibility of writing something new. There were a couple of readers who really wanted a second part, so here it is!
- I took the title from a Rilo Kiley song, and thought it apropriate since the first part was so heavily influenced by another song by the band. This song “My Slumbering Heart” really doesn’t have much to do with the characters or the story, I just liked the phrase.
